No Products in the Cart
Returns and exchanges are allowed under the following circumstances:
1. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving the product, you can return it, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. We recommend that you retain the original packaging of the machine within 30 days.
2. If the product has any non-human damage or issues within 30 days of receipt, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a free replacement.
3. If the product develops a fault or issue during normal use after 30 days but within 1 year, we can offer a replacement, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are not allowed under the following circumstances:
• The deadline for return has expired.
• Quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance,private dismantling, misuse,alteration,alteration and incorrect usage methods.
• Malfunction due to natural disasters (lightning, fire, earthquake, typhoon, tsunami, etc.)
•The product has a lot of traces of use,such as chemical residues or other contaminants.
• Purchase details are not verified, e.g. personal information, invoices, etc.
